Muthoot Blue Spikers is a dynamic semi-professional volleyball team, established as the official feeder squad to Kochi Blue Spikers. Competing in top-tier tournaments across Kerala, the team plays a pivotal role in scouting, nurturing, and shaping the next generation of volleyball talent in the state.
The team was carefully assembled through a rigorous selection process, involving multiple stages of filtering and intensive training camps. Only the most promising talents made it through, ensuring that MBS is composed of highly skilled and dedicated players ready to make their mark on the volleyball scene. Recognizing the importance of providing career security to young athletes, Muthoot Sports offers employment opportunities to players who are not already employed, by placing them within various subsidiaries of the Muthoot Pappachan Group. This ensures players can focus on their sporting careers while having a strong professional foundation.
At its core, the Muthoot Blue Spikers project is driven by a bigger vision: to nurture volleyball at the grassroots level, identify hidden talents, and promote them to larger platforms.
