Kochi Blue Spikers, the team representing the city of Kochi in the Prime Volleyball League is aimed at promoting the game at grassroots levels and popularise the exhilarating game of volleyball apart from providing tremendous ecstasy and cheerfulness to thousands of volleyball fans across the nation.

Muthoot is focused on developing every element of the sport from the ground up.Our vision is bold, built on the 3 P's which are : Participation - where we are enabling the right systems in place for every child to move, play, and discover the joy of sport. Performance - enabling aspiring athletes with the right coaching, competitions, and care to grow. Podium - ensuring the elite talent are trained backed by science, structure, and world-class exposure.

Since the inception of our education and training initiatives, we have ignited a powerful momentum. Our flagship initiative, “Coaching Kuttikal”, will be launched on 9th May 2025, a coaching movement. A movement to elevate those who coach children, the coach of a child is the architect of that child's dreams.
The journey with the Muthoot Blue Spikers, both on and off the court, continues to showcase how performance and purpose can go hand-in-hand. From player skill development to staff capacity building, we are strategically shaping a culture of discipline, dignity, and determined pursuit of excellence.
